QS-X super high pressure generator system can boast the ordinery water to 100-300Mpa and jet water arrow at 900m/s via a precious stone nozzle with diameter of 0.2mm.The water arrow together with slight sand can cut various materials.

The system is mainly constituted of super high pressure genereator,two and half dimansions CNC machine tool and CAD/CAM. The super high pressure water jet cutting is a new coid-state cutting technique that sprang up in recent years. Compared with traditional cold-state cutting technique, it has many advantages suce as narrow slits(0.8-1.2mm),even slits, no heat distortion,no burr edge,high speed and efficiency and pollution free.

The numberically-controlled machine tool equipped with the system is suitable for free graphic various matericals such as plastic,leather, sheet,wood, asbastors,cementing,glass,chemical fibre,chinaware,copper plate,bullet-proof,material and various composite materials.

　SXSL系列超高压发生器系统能把普通水增压至100-300MPa，然后通过一个直径约0.2mm的宝石喷嘴射出速度为900m/s左右的水箭，再加入少量的砂，此水箭可切割各种材料。
　　该系统主要由超高压发生器、CNC二维半数控机床、计算机辅助系统(CAD/CAM)等几部分组成。超高压水射流切割是近年来才兴起的一项冷态切割新工艺，和传统的切割工艺相比，具有切缝窄(0.8-1.2mm)，切口平整，无热变形，无边缘毛刺，切割速度快，效率高，切割无污染等优点。
　　采用该系统的数控机床适用于绝大部分材料的任意图形的切割。例如对塑料、皮革、纸张、布匹、食品、木材、石棉、水泥制品、玻璃、化纤、陶瓷、铜板、防弹玻璃、合金材料、防弹材料、多种材料的复合体等材料的切割。
